Open / Run “AnyDesk.exe”.

Provide the technician with your “This Desk” address.

Allow the connection request.

Step 1: Open / Run "AnyDesk.exe"

Opening files is handled different from browser to browser, life’s hard isn’t it? But! We’ve put together a short instruction set of instructions for the three most common ones, please see below.

1) In Google Chrome, simply use your left mouse button and click “AnyDesk.exe”

1) Select “Save File” using your left mouse button.

 

2) Click on the blue arrow using your left mouse button.

 

3) Finally, click on “AnyDesk.exe” using your left mouse button.

1) At the bottom of Edge you will have the following popup. Simply click “Run” using your left mouse button.

Step 2: Provide technician with your desk address.

Your computer will be assigned a “Desk ID” which is usually the name of your computer with some numbers e.g. jim-citizen-34@ad. Please provide everything before the “@ad” part.

Step 3: Allow the connection request.

You’re almost finished, when the technican has connected to your computer the following box will appear in the center of your screen. All you need to do using your left mouse button is click on the green “Accept” button.

PLEASE NOTE: Only connections made by Novarto Technology will have our company logo and name as in the picture below, anything else is to be assumed as being an attempt to gain access to your computer by a 3rd party and should be “Dismissed” by left clicking on the red button.
