This is here simply for legal reasons. At Novarto Technology we consistently deliver what we promise and leave our customers happy with our service. However, should you have any concerns or if you are interested in your legal rights then please read the following.
- By accepting remote assistance you are also confirming that you are the owner or are an authorised representative of the owner.
- Once you click on the accept button you are acknowledging that you are requesting remote assistance from a Novarto Technology technician and as such you are prepared to allow said technician to connect to and assume control of your pc/laptop/workstation.
- Please ensure you close any files of a personal or confidential nature on your screen, prior to connecting. (It may be necessary to access files on your computer during the course of troubleshooting e.g. if you are having issues with certain programs.)
- We advise you that by law, if inappropriate material should come to light as a result of such troubleshooting we have an obligation to inform the appropriate authorities.
- You are responsible for the backup of your data and applications. you accept that data backup is solely your responsibility and any loss of data either during or after the remote session has finished is in no way the fault of Novarto Technology.
- We suggest that you might like to remain seated at your desktop to view the work in progress during the remote session.
- Please be aware that remote connection in no way precludes the need for a service call as we cannot guarantee that this service will rectify the problem you are experiencing or that other issues may arise as a result. If that is the case, we will discuss such matters with you.
- You acknowledge and agree that the remote session may be cut short, delayed, or terminated as a result of matters outside of our reasonable control. Whereupon we would reschedule another remote session.
- Any dispute regarding any work undertaken must be brought to the attention of Novarto Technology within 48 hours.
OUR USE OF ANYDESK
Novarto Technology utilises a remote support program called AnyDesk. This product should not be considered an endorsement by Novarto Technology. We reserve the right to discontinue the use of this tool without prior notice.
